@Chalata -- that is bad news.  Possibilities:

  1. the "data" and/or "power" cables from your computer to your disk-drive are loose, or not connected;
  2. the motherboard has a list of "bootable" devices, but your disk-drive is not present on that list;
  3. the disk-drive has failed, and the copy of Windows on the disk-drive cannot be accessed.

I recommend that you take your computer to an owner/operator computer store, for professional help.

Their business depends on doing good work at a reasonable price.

If your current disk-drive is NOT an SSD (Solid State Device), purchase a new SSD -- it will operate 5 to 10 times as fast as your current disk-drive. A 500 GB SSD is under $50.

Ask the technician how much will be charged for "labour" -- disassembly, removal of the disk-drive, connection of the new SSD, re-assembly, reinstalling Windows, and testing.
