How do I get rid of the beeping noise when I start up my pc. My screen be black and it’s makes a beeping noise

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

No video and beep error codes means you have a Power On Self Test problem.

 

Can you discern a cadence to the beeps? 

 

This HP site (Link) lists common error codes and troubleshooting steps.

 

Your PC was released for sale in Q3' 2014.
