My computer just stop working , screen black then showing CHECK HDMI CONNECTION.. it was working before it stop working.. please help me what should i do

Hi,

 

Please provide your PC's product number (Link). It helps troubleshooting based upon the age of your PC. Talk to HP Support if you are in warranty (Link).

 

Reseat video connection to the monitor and the PC's video out port. Try a different data cable.

 

The graphics card may have failed. The motherboard or CPU could be in trouble.
