Product: Pavillion
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

system goes into automatic repair, then says PC did not start correctly. I have tried every advance option minus wiping the system clean, it will not start up. all this happened after HP did a diagnostic scan that I did not initiate.
