Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, I have contacted Microsoft Support (originally thinking it was a Windows OS issue) a half dozen times. And on the last attempt, I was told that it was possibly a driver compatibility issue as opposed to an OS version issue. The Windows version I am currently running in v1909 and looking on the Microsoft site shows that there have been 4 updates since then, the newest being 21H1.

I have tried multiple times to force an update (while under the impression that it was an OS issue) and have gotten several error codes every time the update failed (0xc1900101, 0xc1900223, 0xC1900101-0x20017). Also, now each time I restart my computer, I am shown a Windows Boot Manager screen and then a related failure message right after.

I would like to know what I can do to fix my issue so that I can once again be running the most current version of Windows, and be able to update without issue, without worrying about my computer one day deciding that I can no longer use it.

Those errors are from Microsoft side, not HP side. Please use the following fixes:
