Greetings @Overkill20000
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Please provide a HP Product Number for better assistance. Check this Site for details. What version of Windows do you have?
A 0xc0000001 startup error code appears on a blue screen when Windows can't load. This code can be caused by many different problems.
You need to provide more information.
Do you see any additional on screen info relating to a specific bug check error?
Any unusual PC behavior before you got the error code?
Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:
Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.
Select "F2". Run system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem. Run extensive tests.
Let the Forum know how the hardware tests go.
Regards
