  powercfg /batteryreport
• This will generate a report of your battery's health, which you can find in the directory listed in the command output. Review the report for any signs of battery degradation.

Update Battery Drivers:

• Go to Device Manager > Batteries, and update the drivers for both the "Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery" and the "Microsoft AC Adapter." You can do this by right-clicking and selecting Update driver.

Perform a Hard Reset:
