Some days ago, when starting a school computer, the starting menu in which you select the OS you want to use was all decorated with an ice theme and penguins moving around. No other computer showed these penguins. Upon restarting the PC, the penguin menu did not show up again. I have started the same computer many times now along the last weeks and it didnt show up. It showed up in the 4th of december i think. Help. I have found no information about this online. No pictures, no screencaps or anything relating to what i found. Has anyone stumbled upon this same penguin menu? Please help.

You mentioned "school computer".  If this was loaned to you by a school, then it is THEIR computer, not YOURS -- and you should leave it alone!  If you mess with it and "break" something, there is every possibility they will charge you to fix it.

IF you are seriously concerned about this, then notify the school and let them take responsibility for dealing with it.
