Your PC will only be able to run up to W11 23H2.

 

Microsoft changed the processor requirements for W11 24H2 and no Intel processor older than an Intel 1st generation core processor can run W11 24H2.

Download the W23H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).   

 

Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
