HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-a051
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I HAVE 2 HP CURVE DESKTOPS.  ONE HAS WINDOWS 10  HOME (64) WHILE THE OTHER HAS THE LASTES WINDOWS 11.  THE WINDOWS 10 NOW HAS AN ERROR WHEN YOU BOOT IT.  THAT ERROR IS "OOPS, YOUR COMPUTER NEEDS TO RUN THE "HP RECOVERY TOOLS" TO FIX THE ERROR.  HOWEVER, I CANNOT FIND IT ANYWHERE. I EVEN TRIED TO RUN A RECOVERY DISK FROM MY WINDOWS 11 PC AND IT KEEPS ERRORING OUT.

Unfortunately, there are no recovery tools/media you can download from HP for your PC.

You have two options:

1. Purchase W10 recovery media from this vendor at the link below:

Computer Surgeons - MS Win10 HE 64-bit Recovery Kit 848700-001 For HP ENVY Curved All-in-One Model N...

2. Make your own W10 USB installation media with the media creation tool from the link below:

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

When you boot from the installation media you make from Microsoft, at the bottom of the 'Install Now' screen there is an option to 'Repair your computer.

You can try the various repair options offered.

If none of those work, you can use the installation media to clean install Windows.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

It is strange that model does not have HP Recovery tool support.  I looked at the driver file area (where it is usually ) with not mention of it.

The next best thing would be to make the Windows 10 install media from Microsoft

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media run the Repair function when you boot to the new media.  If that cannot fix the issue, then use it to install Windows 10.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.

Even if the install misses some drivers, they are available here
