Product: HP Pavilion 23-g017c All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My computer will not boot and when i go into the BIOS and trouble shooting menu I get the following messages.

Hard Disk Error

Please run the hard disk test

short check not available not installed

Short DST not available not installed.

I obviously cannot install any diagnostics to the computer. What are my options?
