hi,
my system not turning on giving me 3 long and 2 short beep. Bios is crashed so I need recover file for that.

@Zubairakram1 -- there is nothing wrong with your BIOS -- do not try to update it.
Three long beeps followed by two short beeps is a memory initialization error.
First, remove each stick of RAM, and then re-insert them, ensuring that they get "fully-seated". Try to boot.
If you still get the message, remove all the sticks, except for one stick. Try to boot.
If it boots, shutdown, and add one more stick. Try to boot.
If it now fails, then the stick that you just added needs to be replaced, or otherwise permanently removed.
