How do I get the restore disks for my product due to Windows 10 recovery error that rendered the hard drive inoperable after a power failure during the restore process.

Solution by downloading the windows 10 media creation tool from microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 from another computer via usb drive then booting.  The windows 10 OS automatically recognized my computer and installed the original version, license and activation.
