Hopefully someone can help, I am in HP website hell right now. My HP Pavilion 590-P0081C is giving me an error that it needs a boot disk. I do not have one. I went through troubleshooting and none of the screens I was "supposed" to view, were what I saw. I tried to order a boot disk and it got to the payment page then was taken to virtual support with no order done. I am willing to pay for a boot disk, for all the hours I've done troubleshooting I think that is (probably) what I need. I am not sure why I can't order one, I can't see a way to contact customer support, and I am just about done with the experience. This machine is less than two years old.
Any ideas? Or is there a way to contact support? I'm cranky, I realize it, but I am trying to fix it before I throw it out the window and buy something else.

Hi:
If you need to reinstall W10, try this first before paying HP $50 - $60 for recovery media.
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
You will need to have access to another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to use the cloud recovery tool, and a 32 GB USB flash drive.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
