HP TouchSmart 610-1250xt CTO Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have the PC from my friend, but it is formatted. So I cannot do recovery as HP instruction. If anyone has recovery image, please share with me! Thank you.

Hi:

You have two options...

1. You can order a W7 recovery kit from this vendor at the link below...

Computer Surgeons - Windows 7 64 Bit (11Na3Acw601 + Supp 1) Recovery Kit A5JAAAV For HP TouchSmart D...

2. If you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key on the PC's case, you can make your own plain W7 Home Premium installation media and use that to reinstall W7 on your PC.

Here is the link to the W7 64-bit Home Premium English (US) ISO file.

The link will be good for 24 hours from the time of this reply.

You can use the free Rufus utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive so that it is bootable.

Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

When you select the ISO file and it shows up in the Rufus program, change the partition scheme from GPT to MBR.

You can leave the rest of the settings as they are.

HP retired support for that model a few years ago since it is more that 10 years old, but this reputable 3rd party website has the drivers you will need to install for it.
