Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I need to update the Base System Driver for my Z420 Windows 7 64 bit machine.  The hardware id is: PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3C2A&SUBSYS_1589103C&REV_07.  Where can i find this driver to update it? Please Help!

The chipset driver should install that device...
