I just bought this computer, added a few folders of photos and now it says ONEDRIVE is full. The technician says I am not storing my photos in the right place???? I have them stored in "Desktop->Pictures." Can someone help me with this. I can't access my photos now or even add more. Note: I am not very computer literate.

OneDrive is NOT on your computer, it is a Cloud storage from Microsoft which has very small space. If you wish to add more you can buy more from Microsoft.
I don't use OneDrive to store my files, only few small files to share my files around specially some files to big for email.
The specs of your machine is
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06723599
It has TWO physical local drives, plenty of room for you to store your data/files. Please use the following way first

You can work out later and move your files on OneDrive back to local drive(s).
Regards.
