Pavilion 590-P0066
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Planning to purchase new desktop. It comes with 16MB Ram.  Want to add 250GB SSD. Should I install SSD before installing WIN 10?  Would to reconfigure anything?

Sorry, don't understand your question ...

A new PC will come with Win10 preinstalled.  If it only has an HDD, that will contain the OS and boot files.  IF it already has an SSD in addition to an HDD, the SSD will contain the OS and boot files.

If the PC comes with no OS preinstalled, then you would install the OS to the SSD, not the HDD.
