No BIOS Option to Disable FN ("Action") Key

I've been trying to disable the FN keys on my desktop since I bought it. It's very annoying because I need to use F1-F12 for gaming ordinarily. I can get through to the BIOS Setup and get to the System Configuration tab, but the only things I have to disable/enable/change there are, in order:

Language
Virtualization Technology
USB Charging
SATA Emulation
After Power Loss
Num Lock State at Power-On
S4/S5 Wake on LAN
Thermal

The BIOS doesn't look like the standard one you see posted here in instructions on how to disable the FN keys. It's crisper, newer. Nowhere in any tab does there exist an "Action Keys" option. I'd post a picture to prove it but that doesn't seem to be an option.

unfortunately the only possible solutions currently are software, or hardware replacement

There is a solution, but that is to block the key, and you may break the keyboard

Some third-party keyboards have a FN LOCK key, to "lock" those keys into the mode that you desire.

Is it impossible to purchase a replacement keyboard that DOES have the "FN LOCK" key?

Or, maybe a replacement keyboard will take your desired action when you press one of the F-keys.

This is what I say in at least one of the links given!
It's a bit of a shame to come to this, but if software to reconfigure the keys isn't enough, you can install whatever keyboard you want!

Take a small coin, and some genuine Red Green approved duct-tape.  

Place the coin on the FN key, and push down on the coin, until that FN  key is depressed.

Use the duct-tape to hold the coin in the "down" position.

Now, when you press F1-F12, the FN will already be active.
