I have a problem downloading drivers, I had to format my laptop and when I searched for its drivers it tells me that there is no software available for my device. What can I do? I would not like to use third-party programs for drivers.

HP has been diligently working on retiring driver support for all consumer class PC's that have reached 10 years of age.

That is why the drivers used to be there a short time ago, are gone forever.

The good news is you can use the drivers and software from the HP business-class equivalent model of your notebook--the 250 G4.

I don't recommend installing the latest BIOS update because from what I remember that didn't work on the 15-ac model series.  I believe only the earlier ones worked for both model series.
