Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I opened my laptop today and I tried to use the tablet mode at first it shows that I can't change to it, then I tried to use the touch screen and there was no respond. It shows that the device does not have touch capabilities. I tried several solutions from Youtube with no benefits. Then I noticed that I cant use the camera too with this error 0xA00F4244 . I tried and reset my laptop but still nothing changed
Please I need your help to fix these problems ASAP.
