Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p050

I can't get into my computer. The log in screen which I guess goes through. Microsoft won't accept my pin or password. I reset the password but it keeps telling me that my device is offline and that I need to use the last known password which obviously I don't know.

Please help I don't want to Factory reset my computer and lose all of my photos and everything

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

4d. No posts shall include instructions or directions intended to bypass or subvert security measures, including passwords, locking mechanisms, fingerprint scans, etc., or to bypass any safety measures.
