It is a brand new machine, it specs

As you already know, all new machines with Intel Gen 10 processors only support Windows 10. No drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1 therefore in short: you have to use Windows 10.

You won't be able to find Windows 7 drivers for that machine, specially USB, video and sound drivers. Without those drivers, your machine would be an useless box.
