My system OS is not starting.
When I power ON the PC, it shows me PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR and after few seconds, it shows DIAGNOSING YOUR PC.
then it gives me an error, YOUR PC DID NOT START CORRECTLY.
I have restarted the PC several times but no success.
I have also carried all the hardware tests given in the advanced options and they all are okay.
Even the RESET this PC option has failed.
Unfortunately I forgot to make a recovery disk.
i have bought the PC just two months back and due to COVID situation all service centres are shut.
Please help !!

Hi:
See if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
You will need to have access to another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to make the recovery media.
Here is an info link for how to use the cloud recovery tool...
