OSD lockout

Pressing the Menu button for 10 seconds creates lockout, and releases lockout.

 

If you're not doing it intentionally make sure something isn't pushed up against the Menu button where your monitor sits.

 

Otherwise the button may be stuck or "sticking", or the hardware behind the button is going bad.
