My Computer is completelly out of SSD space. I'm at the point that I cannot download Windows 10 updates. It has a 250 GB SSD and a 1 TB hard drive. I have moved all documents, pictures, etc., to my 1 TB. I have no idea what else to erase, as I have deleted some programs already.
I am thinking about reinstalling - I am not sure how to do that on Windows 10. I did not make a boot up disk.
Also, f I reinstall, can I control where the programs are being installed? I know there is a way to do so, but I have no idea how. All I want at this point is to have the OS in my C drive, unless someone has some good tips. I couldn't install CCleaner due to lack of space. I am going nuts here as I use this for work purposes.
Any good avice would be appreciated please.
Thanks!

I've not had this dilemma as I was using USB-to-SATA converter, so if you do not have one, you would need to disconnect temporarily your 1 TB drive.
I also cloned via Acronis Bootable Media (so not within Windows). But I can see that Acronis (as an example) now offers Windows mode as well,
Familiarise yourself with both options under Step-by-step guide in https://kb.acronis.com/content/56634 and choose accordingly.
And it's really easier than it looks,

My relatively modest but quite capable rig occupies continuously ca. 140 GB out of 237GB available space (the remainder out of 250GB are recovery partitions and such).I also keep documents etc. on another drive. Of which - roughly, am quoting from memory:
Windows - 30GB
Program Files - 2 x 20GB
Program Data - 20 GB
Users - 15 GB
SWTOOLS - ~15GB
Hiberfil.sys & pagefil.sys - ~10GB
And the rest.
This is on ~2 years old Windows 10 that was upgraded from 1607 version onwards every 6 months.
So something's not right.
First of all and without doing anything in haste: Get something like this chappy:
https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free/
Run it and report back what folders occupy most space?

My report was posted above, and I agree that there must be something wrong. I use Camtasia, which I have now deleted, my backup software is not working any longer, my Office keeps shutting down giving me errors, and many other pieces of software, like photo editing, had to be deleted as well. My system is less than a year old.
I hope you can provide me with some good insight on how to manage this.
Thanks!

I cannot see the image just yet, until it gets approved by HP. Once I see it I will respond accordingly.
Meanwhile based on the above I suspect that you may have tons of videos squirelled somewhere on your SSD.
No point in addressing anything else at the moment , as I suspect it's collateral damage driven by the lack of space - you need some space to breathe first.

So merely 120GB then? So where's the rest then out of your 250GB total space hiding?
Nevertheless, there's a bit too much under /Users, methinks, can you break this down and see where the most of the data sits?
Also, did you check what's hiding in TEMP folders - and most likely delete it all as well?
C:\Windows\Temp
C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Temp
Finally, I have to assume that you've run chkdsk in Command Prompt and disk is healthy?

You won't be able to see most of the space used up in a directory list as that is mostly likely taken by Windows Updates.
However, here are some things you can do to recover some of the "disk" space:
