Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yesterday my USB worked after inserting into PC.  I was able to access the troubleshooting area and select the restore point option but the restore points didn't work.  Today, my USB doesn't work and a blue screen appears PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA What failed: Ntfs sys error message.  Did someone do this?  I've made no changes to the HP PC after using it yesterday.

This is typically a memory problem..  

Microsoft advice is here

 

Press ESC when booting and run diagnostics.

If memory problem shows up try re-seating memory
