My computer will randomly crash and I need a solution. I am a gamer who plays games on it for the most part, and randomly my screens will go black and my fans will start to get loud. The only solution I've found to this is holding down the power button and starting it all up from the beginning again. This can get frustrating when in the middle of something or when its repetitive. I don't think its overheating. because I have the case opened up a bit and a fan in my room that keeps it cold. What ideas do you have for me to solve this problem?

Greetings @MRELI07
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Is your PC in warranty?
I have never found a way to immediately drill down to what's causing system instability. It's a tough nut to crack.
But you do have some kind of hardware instability caused by: overclocked components, faulty drivers, heat, or a power delivery problem (power supply) or a different component is failing.
You can't take component temps off the table without verifying temps are good. Download and run HWiNFO portable while you are using the PC to check temps.
Don't overclock anything. Run the PC using factory settings. Run the RAM at JEDEC speeds and timings.
Are you using the latest Nvidia or AMD graphics divers?
Do you have an Intel CPU subject to degradation? Generally: some Intel 13th gen and 14th gen "K" processors can die a slow death. PC stability slowly degrades as the CPU goes down the tubes.
Any component connected to the MB, including the MB, could be causing the problem.
Have you used HP Hardware Diagnostics at system startup?
At some point you may have to replace components, one at a time, to solve the problem.
