HP Recommended

So my PC was working just fine, and then I did a factory reset, and when I went to turn it back on, it turns on but on my monitor it’s just a black screen with no messages or nothing. I’ve tried different HDMI cords and a different monitor. My keyboard/mouse that are connected to the desktop are also not turning on. Please help me fix this issue.
