Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I started using my PC on 27 MAR 2020.  In other words, it's almost new. From the start, any time there has been a power failure, even seconds long, the PC shuts off and will not start after pressing the power button.  I  know about unplugging it and pressing down on the power button for a few seconds and plugging it again.  This has worked fine.   However,  I would like to know  how I can prevent this frightening annoyance from happening again.

Use a surge protector -- as power failures are very often accompanied by power SURGES when the power comes back on -- and those can seriously damage your PC.
