I found the driver you need:
The hardware ID you posted decodes to a Manhattan 150682 Serial PCI Express Card device.
I have zipped up and attached the driver you need for the device that needs drivers, below.
You will need to manually install the driver as there is no Exe file.
Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager, click on the PCI device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for driver software' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.

I'd need the hardware ID for it.
The devices you have are not HP products, so it takes a considerable amount of time to look these things up on the internet to try and find drivers for them.
