PCI device problem

I have been trying to install a PCI video card and tried everything I could think of to get it to find by my pci device but still no luck. I did not find any settings to turn on or off to enable the PCI device.. What am I missing? And I tried 3 different PCI video cards so it is not the cards it has to be in the Bios settings. Can someone shed some insite?

You mean you try to install a PCIEX video card...not PCI....PCI is for other peripherals...

I looked at your specs...and sadly it only support a video card that has less than 25W...so not much to choose on!

the card I am using came from a 6000 ProSFF and no problems just putting it into the slot and it worked and almost all spec are the same on both pc"s actually on all the Pro SFF computers that I have always owned, so why would it be so different between a PCIEX video card and a pci, I know somethings but don't know it all as of yet and how can I tell the difference between them

and the card you are saying has an PCI Express 2.0 x16 interface!!! that is not PCI....PCI was used for Network cards, Sound cards...etc....not anymore...

So what problem do you have with this card after you plug in the socket?

S-Video 256MB Memory Computer Graphics Cards for PCI Express 2.0 x16 it is not for a laptop that's for sure, but back on topic, why wont it work how do I get it to work, it is for desk tops and that is exactly what I am using it for and have used it before  in the past and es it still works because I own 3 other computers which are all Pro SFF (2 -6000 series and 1 -4000 series not counting the one  I am using now)

I have nothing it will not display anything at all. I tried it in the other computers and it works like it is supposed to work

My problem was solved by simply unplugging the monitor from the unboard graphics  and used just the output Jack's from the graphics card. Something so simple, really shows just how smart we really are... Thank you for your time.
