PROBLEMAS CON MI SSD S650 480GB; NO RESPONDE, NO PUEDO HACER VALIDO MI GARANTIA. . .NECESITO AYUDA

DESDE HACE DIAS PRESENTE UN PROBLEMA CON MI SSD S650 480GB, ya no funciona, no entra a mi sistema y tengo informacion importante que no puedo rescatar; he intentado hacer valida mi garantia y no he tenido respuesta, ni alguna ayuda.

ME URGE YA QUE DEPENDO DE MI EQUIPO E INFORMACION . . .
