Password login to desktop

I forgot my password to long into my desktop computer and it is displaying my name but every password I put in doesn't work and I only ever use one certain password for everything I need a password with. How do I change the password or even get into my computer?

If for one reason or another you cannot recover the account with the means indicated, we cannot give you anything here, in order to bypass this, for obvious security reasons!
