You may need to enable the keyboard to be eligible to wake-up the computer from "sleep" or "hibernate" mode.

We had the same problem.  I saw we had an Intel display driver update on Thursday 9th and on Friday 10th computer would not wakeup.  Went to the update history and rolled back the driver update.  Everything seems fine now.

Nothing I have tried works.  Hopefully, a future update will address this problem.  In the meantime, I will continue to prevent computer from entering sleep mode.  This seems to be working well.   If I plan to be away from computer for any length of time, I simply turn it off.

Thank you all for trying to help.

Another person on this forum found that a BIOS update, which I normally do NOT recommend, fixed a very-similar problem.

Something to consider.
