Up pavilion All in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I moved my computer from one side of my room to another, shut down properly first.  When I turned back on it said it was Diagnosing repair, then said it could not repair.  Restarted and same message.  Went to advance options and was advised to backup files first. Went into Recovery Manager and went through all steps to backup files.  All was fine but then when it was burning disk it stopped at 95% and has not moved since. No options do anything other than cancel.  I am not sure what to do, I don’t want to lose all my photos and documents

Sorry to ask this, but why are you burning disks instead of creating a USB stick?  DVDs only hold about 4GB of material and a working Windows install is often 20GB or more.  That would take 5 or more disks and if anything, like a scratch, happens to any ONE of them, the whole set is then useless.

I was doing a backup of my personal files so i could factored rest the computer as that was the only option provided to me. It said I need to back up personal items on a disk or USB or I would lose my pictures and all my documents but when I put in a USB it said it had to be NFT.... Something and it wouldn't let me continue. When I put in a DVD it allowed me to proceed. When i put in the disk it started the back up but then stopped at 95% and wouldn't do anything else.
