So I imported photos from my IPhone 12 into my laptops photo gallery and I clicked the “delete original items after import” button. Once I did that I realized that. Yes; it did delete the originals off of my phone but didn’t import them into my photos. I imported roughly a total of 522 photos but only 241 photos got added. Is there something I’m doing wrong or something I’m missing? If anyone can help me recover the photos I’ve lost I would appreciate that very much 🙂

hey
It's quite complicated, it happened to my daughter with a smartphone
The problem is that the photos had not been transferred to the computer, because they were deleted before the operation
So no trace on the computer..
If the same
See if by chance (I don't use an Iphone, so I don't know), if you have a backup system on the net, cloud?
you may be able to recover your photos like this
Otherwise, see the Iphone forums, to find the software you need, with a little luck you could recover some of it
