Please help getting same message when I turn the computer on.. on my hp mini 110 s/n CNU9440PW9

I'm not sure what the product name is an not sure if its the 32 or 64 bit but when I turn the computer on it pops up with a deal that says enter current password an I've tried a couple that it might be an it keeps saying password check failed... fatal error ....system halted CNU9440PW9

Now I can't get my computer out of safe mode I wanted to do a full factory reset but its not letting me
