Product: 24-g214

HP All-in-One PC model 24-g214:  When power button is pressed the light just above it begins flashing in a pattern 7 flashes - pause - repeat.  The fan starts to run but then stops.  Is this an error code that it is flashing?  Is there a necessary component that might be missing?  It reminds me of the beep codes that i used to encounter on older PCs.
