Product: HP Slim Desktop - S01-aF1005t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I can't read a digital newspaper which I have been able to read for a very long time. I contacted them today. They said it is privacy issues. Where on this model so I fix this? I have cleared history and all cookies.  It is very frustrating. I've opened the privacy tab but which one do I turn off? They are all on. My biggest beef is I've been able to read this paid for newspaper for years, now can't. Thank you.

(1) Could be issue with

< (PDF) Digital Rights Management (DRM) >

 

(2) Please explain how you read the newspaper...

Do you use ...

- browser ? 

- Windows App ?

- Windows Application ?

 

(3) Have you changed anything on your system compared to when it used to work? Windows upgrade? Windows reset?

 

(4) Please give me more details about your current system configuration

 

Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

- copy/paste to following key/values pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System SKU ( equals HP product number (p/n) )

BIOS Version/Date

 

(4) Please report your results
