Problem is related MS Solitare Collection and several MS sites sign in.

Unknown i5 processor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to start Windows Solitare Collection or try to go onto other MS sites such as MS store the screen shows a whirligig with the message "Signing-in".  The situation never resolves.  In a similar situation but not with MS connections I am getting a "Performing Security Scan"  that may or may not resolve after an hour.  The entire problem started up 48 hrs ago.  Machine is clean via a full system scan with Bit Defender Total 2020.  As Barney Fife might say "I want to edited this the bud..."

Can't really help, as I have the same kind of problem.

MS Tech just created a new USER and copied the profile over (unsuccessfully) but it does play Solitaire.


It is an MS problem I guess as my Wife's Asus laptop also suffers.


Try a new user profile, and post back any results please.
