So here we are yet again, with another problem... This one's special too.

I've had this PC for quite a while, and a bunch of issues along with it also. This time, it's the problem of resetting the PC... I thought of erasing my data once and for all, with the purpose of a fresh start. I always choose to remove all the data (including erasing the disk) from either of the recovery options. When I get started and finish finalizing first step, it then begins with another, and that's when I get a black screen with HP logo and a text "Resetting your PC", it gets up to 34% and then I get this message "Undoing Changes", then next, a light blue screen with another message "There Was A Problem Refreshing Your PC, No Changes Were Made". I've tried this process several times, both from the "Reset this PC" option in settings and the "Advanced Start-up" option too, though after each time I tried resetting the PC, it restarted successfully and went back to the Windows installed.

I hope we can find a solution. 👍🏽
