HP Envy Desktop model #750-414

**Edited
Product number:X6F49AA

When I turn on my PC a message in blue appears and says "Invalid or missing product information.  The following product information programmed into the system board is missing or invalid.  System board 00a - product name, serial number, product number, product family, system board CT number.  For more information please visit hp.com/go/techcenter/startup.

I viewed my system information and in the field for "System board CT number" it's blank.  I'm not sure how to resolve this as I searched the HP site and can't find anything.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are getting an error saying product information missing when you start the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

Did you replace the motherboard or any other component on the computer?

Meanwhile, I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and check if it helps.

I have noticed the same error message.  No, I have not replaced the motherboard.  No changes have been made.

The article from the HP Support Agent is not helpful to me.  Please provide real help.
