Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I restarted my computer with all tabs saved and closed out because it was running slowly and signed back into my profile after reboot. After singing in, I got a message saying it couldn’t be signed onto. All of my files, preferences, spreadsheets and documents are gone. After restarting and signing out and back in multiple times it still is the same.

@Sknop -- That is bad news.  Windows could not load your "profile" (each Windows computer can have multiple IDs, e.g., "Dad" & "Mom" & "Billie Jean"), and so created a "default" profile.

The cause of the failure to load could be a "dying" disk-drive.

Open the Windows "File Explorer", and open the "C:\Users" folder. You should see one folder for each user.

You should be able to open your previous profile, and make a backup of your Documents & Downloads & Pictures & Music to an external disk-drive.
