Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

After restarting my PC following an update, I’m now prompted for a Bitlocker recovery key. I never installed Bitlocker. How do I get around this?

Did your problem solve? I have the exactly same issue from yesterday. I can not find the key in both Microsoft account and  Azure AD account. Just like yours, I did nothing,  but update. then the BitLocker key needed. Please let me know how to solve it if you have done it. Thank you. Best, Qingzhou
