CAN SOMEONE EXPLAIN HOW TO ELIMINATE THESE ERRORS

Bring up "add remove" programs and remove the following

 

trend antivirus

cyberlink cam software 

dtune synth (possibly part of cyberlink)

 

Suggest you use windows defender.

Microsoft media play can easily play DVDs but not Blu-ray. Did you install cyberlink to get their blueray player?

If not get rid of cyberlink.

 

If none of those show up in windows "add remove: then you need an uninstaller like the free REVO to find and get rid of them. 

Post back if you cannot find those app or remove them.

Otherwise HORRORS! a registry cleaner might work
