Looking at purhasing all in one he, does it come with a start up disk? I have had to reboot previous pc's after major crashes, how does it work?

Probably not. Instead:
- there is a "hidden" partition on the original disk-drive that contains all the files necessary to reinstall Windows; when booting, you can select to boot from that partition, to "wipe" your 'C:' drive, and do a "fresh" install;
- there might be a program pre-installed on the computer that will copy the contents of that hidden partition to a few DVDs, or to a 16GB USB memory-stick;
- you should be able to order a set of "System Recovery" disks from HP;
- if you have a spare disk-drive, then, after installing Windows, use "disk-cloning" software to make an identical copy of the entire disk-drive;
- Windows 10 has a "reset my PC" option, to reload Windows 10, without affecting your files on 'C:'.

Hello, Is it possible that this is the PC you wan't? http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05246350 If yes there is 8GB of ram in it, Do you mean by reboot back to original settings reinstall?
