anybody know if there's a HP recovery Disk creator for this Desktop?

Creating and Using a Microsoft Recovery USB Drive (Windows 10)

 

Obtaining PC Recovery USB Drives or Discs

 

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-desktop-pc-m01-f0000i/29014486/troubleshooting

there are several possibilities this may vary depending on the model
newer PCs can use hp cloud recovery, if you do not have the option to create recovery media
