Product: ExampleHP Pavilion x360

When I first bought this laptop It immediately had issues. Currently when I turn the laptop on it tries to do an automatic repair but says it couldn’t repair my PC. So when I go to advanced options and try to troubleshoot it it asks for a recovery key Id but I’m struggling to figure out where to find it. My laptop won’t even start so I can’t access the settings and my searches online have been unhelpful.

HP Recommended

@JW93 -- if you purchased your computer within the last 12 months, then exercise the HP Warranty to get it repaired/replaced, at HP's expense.
