Product: HP 17-by2000 Laptop PC series (7EF33AV)

Cloud recovery SW told me that this product was not compatible with cloud recovery tool.  Product purchased in Oct 2020.  Cannot seem to find a way to order media.  Lots of links hinting I can do it, but everything is pointing me in circles.

Your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.

 

You have to enter the full product number in the tool's search window:
